These proposed changes are part of TMA’s ongoing efforts to ensure our governance structure reflects the evolving needs of our membership.


The recommended updates are designed to:

  • Expand voting participation across the membership
  • Foster greater inclusivity and representation
  • Align our governance practices with the growth and diversity of the industry
  • Support a more transparent and engaged decision-making process
