Join us for engaging and interactive discussions with industry leaders on some of the most influential resources that have shaped them as a leader, books, Ted Talks, podcasts, and more. Hosted by TMA NextGen Committee Co-chairs Jessica Lambert, AvantGuard/GMS and Amy Becht, Vivint Smart Home, this discussion group is focused on exploring the principles, strategies, and personal stories that shape effective leaders in our industry.

In the inaugural session, Amy Becht, Director of Monitoring, Vivint, will share key takeaways from the book, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, by Liz Wiseman. We encourage you to read or listen to the book ahead of time, but it is not required.

Guest Speakers. Each session features an industry leader and will be hosted by TMA’s NextGen Committee.
Resource Selection. We'll ask our featured guest to select a favorite leadership resource. They will share unique perspectives and insights and discuss how it has impacted their leadership approach.
Interactive Meetings. Participate in these sessions to discuss key takeaways, share insights, and engage in group activities.
