In the inaugural session, Amy Becht, Director of Monitoring, Vivint, will share key takeaways from the book, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, by Liz Wiseman. We encourage you to read or listen to the book ahead of time, but it is not required.

• Resource Selection. We'll ask our featured guest to select a favorite leadership resource. They will share unique perspectives and insights and discuss how it has impacted their leadership approach.
• Interactive Meetings. Participate in these sessions to discuss key takeaways, share insights, and engage in group activities.
