TMA’s NextGen Committee invites you to join our Spring 2026 session in the Empowering Leadership Series. Kicking off at 1:00pm EST on May 28, 2026, and open to all TMA Members, we encourage you to join Christine Brideau as she explores key leadership concepts from Simon Sinek’s bestselling book, Leaders Eat Last.
Christine is the Edmonton Station Manager at Armstrongs, a Becklar Company, and she will discuss how the book’s principles apply within the monitoring, safety, and security industry.
Drawing from her professional experience, Christine will share practical insights on building trust, supporting teams, creating strong workplace culture, and leading with purpose in high-responsibility environments. The session will begin with a brief 20-25 minute presentation, followed by open Q&A and discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to share perspectives and connect with fellow industry professionals. Whether you are an emerging leader or an experienced professional, this conversation will provide valuable leadership takeaways that can be applied across all areas of the industry.
